Delivery Policy
Please allow 14-21 working days for unit orders to be processed. Working days are Mon-Friday. Any orders placed after 5pm will be processed the following working day. Once your package is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
Do not be alarmed if you receive no updates once you place an order, this is normal. Please trust that we are processing your orders accordingly. Any queries concerning tracking and order updates are welcome IF the appropriate processing time as stated (14-21 working days) has passed. You are in agreement of this once an order is placed. Tracking information will be sent out via e-mails provided, once orders have been processed fully - so please ensure you double check email addresses at check out and check your junk folder FIRST if you are expecting tracking before enquiring.
Shipping within the UK: We use Signed next day delivery via Royal Mail to ship your orders.
International shipping: 1-7 business days via DHL/UPS depending on location
All packages will require a signature confirmation.
ONCE YOUR ORDER IS WITH THE COURIER COMPANY, WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST/DAMAGED OR STOLEN PACKAGES. PLEASE CONTACT THE COURIERS IF YOU ENCOUNTER ANY ISSUES.
Please ensure relevant information such as your Name, Address etc correspond and are all correct before checking out because if a mistake is made and your unit is shipped to a wrong address - we cannot be held accountable. If a package happens to be returned, you will need to pay the shipping fee again.
We do NOT ship on Saturdays/Sundays ANY items purchased after 5pm on Friday will process the next business day (Monday).
